I first met Cathy Packer when a friend referred me several years ago. Cathy ran a market analysis for both my home and my dad's home - and then neither of us ended up putting our homes on the market. Cathy waited patiently for a number of years - always available if I had questions while we went through several starts and stops. Finally, I was ready to list and she was ready with the right numbers and a good instinct for what would work and what would not. Once the home was listed, I experienced a couple of surprise problems that required me to remove the house from the market for a few months. Cathy was right there, very supportive, as I tried to role with the punches. Ultimately, we went back on market and I got a satisfactory price, very close to her original prediction.
